Removing stripped socket headed screws

I like to take a Torx bit socket for a 3/8 ratchet (which ever size can almost fit into the stripped socket head) then use a hammer to tap it into the bolts stripped head, now it has a bite and can be turned out again. This way you didnt have to use any heat, the hammer tapping the torx into the allen head also helps to break up any rust
