<span style="background-color: #fafbfc; color: #1c2837; font-family: arial,verdana,tahoma,sans-serif; font-size: 12.800000190734863px;">I ride everyday so it has only started in the last 7 days. I have a small coolant leak from the weep hole in the water pump </span>

My question is this: Is there anything I need to be aware of with an oil leak here, or is it just a failed gasket?

<span style="display: block; text-align: left;"><span style="background-color: #fafbfc; color: #1c2837; font-size: 12.800000190734863px;">I had a similar leak some time back on my former CXC, and was successful using JB weld, since I had no issues needing the removal of the rear case. I couldn't find the thread but here is a shot of what the fix looked like. Uber cleaned, used blue painter tape on either side of the seam, several light coats and done. It never leaked again.</span></span><span style="display: block; text-align: left;">
