Oilseal list

For a while now I have been recording the sizes of the oilseals used in the CX and GL motorcycles. This is not a comprehensive list but will be updated as I go through more work and record the data while I'm at it. I also have more notes floating around....

This is specific to 500s. Most 650 seals should be the same though.


CLUTCH PIVOT ARM ------------ 12 x 18 x 4 [12 x 18 x 3 is readily available and usable] Honda part # - 91201-706-003

GEARLEVER SHAFT ------------ 14 x 26 x 7 Honda part # -

OUTPUT SHAFT to final drive - 22 x 36 x 7. These have a flange for attachment of the driveshaft boot as genuine from Honda. A good boot will push itself against the boss around the output shaft, enabling you to use a seal from a bearing shop. Honda part # - 91202-415-004 Superseded by 91202-MC7-000

FRONT CAMSHAFT-------------- 17 x 28 x 7 Honda part # - 91201 - 415 - 013
