Fuel System - FADM Stern GNSF

The fuel system in these bikes has to provide fuel to the engine in a proper state for combustion. This consists of holding, transporting, and transforming a liquid into a mixture of air and fuel at the proper percentages. This is a complicated and delicate procedure, and as such this system is very susceptible to even small changes. Having a properly maintained and tuned fuel system is probably one of the most important things on the bike, and when not operating properly, can cause myriad problems. The fuel system on these bikes consists of several parts:

  • Fuel Tank
  • Petcock
  • Fuel Lines
  • Carburetors
